back from 9 days Manila, Sea Games trip.
seriously, i had so much fun despite some ups and downs we had.
DAY 1: we arrive Manila during afternoon time, checked into our hotel, The Heritage Hotel. my room no. 830 together w dear audrey.get changed and ready for training at abt 7pm cos we had a Speical performance for the VIPs the next day. trained for abt an hour and all of us went out for dinner at a nearby eating place. i love the place..cos the whole place was meant for eating w many diff resturant/fast foods.
we had this on our bus which i suppose made us special. and other vehicle had to give way to us.
DAY 2: supposely to meet up to go for breakfast together at 730am, bt when we reached downstair.. we onli see ms leong, jess, pam n feon. anyway had our meals and ready to set off to our 1st event for the trip, WUSHU. was quite interesting except for the taji part where we were nt suppose to cheer. gt to admit tt i nearly fell aslp..
we then proceed to fencing aft wushu. didnt really like it becos i cant see clearly from my seat. bt enjoy their aggressiveness the fencer had in them esp the spore gal. went for meal at chowking( most hated fast food). didnt eat anything there but went to buy dunkin dounts nearby.
next destination Tracks. was so bored n warm tt i made me so sleepy. then went back to hotel to get ready for our performance at nite. we gt to get all our stunts up to proof to others tt we r nt useless. n so we did.. all went up.
DAY 3: today interinery. 1st to gymnatics then fencing again and lastly to swimming!
we all so wanted to watch gym. it was so fun and those spore gymnasts were so young yet so capable. love them and they were so friendly to thanx us whenever we cheered them on. love tt feeling. n it made me wanted to cheer more for them.
swimming was a 2 hour ride tt made me wanted to puke cos of the bumpy road and the curvy long journey. however, it was all worth while. w lots and lots of eye candies( their looks and the hot bods) haha.. for them.. i cheered till my voice turn hoarse.
went to casino at our hotel to take a look and my 1st time going into a casino. played jackpot. the place was nice bt too bad no camera allow.
DAY 4: went to many events today. table tennis, gym, bowling and badminton. i love all the event today. i love watching table tennis and badminton all the while. when i heard tt gg for bowling, i was quite.. huh.. bt it turn out well. Remy Ong, spore top bowler was so friendly and funni!! he even personally came up to the audience seat to thanx us for cheerin him on, bt too bad he lost in the Man Master bowling competition. cos of the home country play cheat!!
DAY 5: bowling, gym and swimming. spore clinch gold for women team gym and individual. we sang so many times nationals anthem for swimming and it feels gd! anyway the journey back frm the swimmin arena to hotel was. . . . 2 solid hours of singing and dancing on the bus. great bonding session n fun see justin dancing to "chudi chudi" hehe..
my room is so happening everynite.. love it man!!
DAY 6: bowling and swimming. as usual bumpy ride bt was worth it.
DAY 7: btw did i mention tt for some days, we had to split into groups to go support diff events. n i saw rainbow on 1 of my lucky day. on my way to table tennis when i saw this. must be lucky bt the day was quite bad for me..shall nt mention any further. anyway everything settle now.
went to casino and played roulette, shared by aud, xin n me! didnt win cos we didnt really gt the technique right.. haha.. bt had fun n was thrilling..
DAY 8: bowling again, watched the finals n was v tense. disappointed tt Remy didnt win bt i believed he had made friends w many magnies. he was so enthu to do stunts and entertain us w his eyebrow when the philppines national anthem was played.
today being the last nite, some of them went clubbing, except eun, feon, pam, me n dion.
the 4 of us(referring to the gals) went down n try our luck at the roulette table and we won!! 2500 peso.. luckily we won cos i bet all my money and the money tt we won managed to last me for my last day short shopping spree.
DAY 9: home sweet home. didnt bear to leave manila bt no choice.
